Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us
to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day Refund Policy, in case –

1. Our services are not initiated or

2. Client must inform 48 hours prior to NOT to proceed with/upon the agreed sale/work order or

3. In case the sale terms are not met by Business House Fzco.

To be eligible for a refund, you must inform the company prior 48 hours via email by sending a request

at info@business-houseco.com. You’ll also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase along with

your bank account/beneficiary details for the refund amount.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@business-houseco.com. If your refund request is accepted,

we’ll send you a notification on the amount and timeline immediately.

Please note that any government fee and bank charges incurred during the process is not inclusive in our

refund policy.

Please note that in case the services are intiated by Business House Fzco, the service/professional fee
